Members who have 50 808 jerseys/premium items (items over $80) will be eligible to obtain an Assistant Captain’s “A” on their hockey jersey.
Members who reach a minimum of 100 will be eligible to obtain the captain’s “C” on their hockey.

If you are eligible for the Captain's Club then you still must request your patch for every hockey jersey via the Zendesk form found here

-Captain's Patches are only available for HOCKEY jerseys with 1 or 0 chest patches on the stock image. If there are already 2 patches on the stock image, a captains patch cannot be added.
