A Golden Ticket is our gift to the community! A Golden Ticket grants you a free jersey (up to a $210 value) from an "Only Fridays" Drop.
There are a few ways you can obtain a Golden Ticket:
- A member from our team can grant you a physical Golden Ticket (usually at a festival meet up) or a digital Golden Ticket discount code (via email, DM, etc).
- Flying your 808 Flag at a festival or 2-day event and taking a photo, then submitting that to Customer Service. Only 1 Golden Ticket is granted per flag flown.
- In the case of a missing jersey package or other large issue (this is not a guarantee, your situation needs to be discussed with Customer Service)
Golden Ticket discount codes are intended to be used via Shopify in the discount box on the checkout page! If you are given a physical Golden Ticket, it should have a discount code on the back of the ticket that you can use. If you are given a digital Golden Ticket discount code, keep it handy and safe so you have it ready when you want to use it. Once you apply your code at checkout, you will only pay for shipping cost!
In the case you want to use your Golden Ticket on an "Only Fridays" Drop jersey that sold out before you got the chance to make your order, you can reach out to us via the Golden Ticket Submission Form. This needs to be done before Midnight MST on that Friday. Once we get to your request, we will manually make you an order.
